What you need

tsp cinnamon

tsp vanilla

tbsp lemon juice

tsp nutmeg

tbsp maple syrup

cup coconut sugar

tsp allspice

cup soy milk
Instructions
1: Preheat oven as required for pie crust preparation. 2: Prepare the vegan pie crusts as per package instructions. 3: In a bowl, combine the diced apples, vegan butter, coconut sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, All Spice, and nutmeg. 4: Fill the pie crusts with the apple mixture. 5: Prepare the vegan egg wash by mixing plant milk and maple syrup. 6: Brush the top of the pie with the vegan egg wash. 7: Bake according to the pie crust instructions until golden brown. 8: While pies are baking, mix coconut sugar, cinnamon, All Spice, nutmeg, and pumpkin spice for the spiced sugar topping. 9: Once baked, sprinkle with spiced sugar before serving.View original recipe
