tbsp tapioca starch

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tsp smoked paprika

fl oz avocado oil

tsp baking powder

tbsp nutritional yeast

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp onion powder

cup protein powder

cup soy milk

Instructions
1: In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, vegan protein powder, salt, coconut sugar, baking powder, plant milk, apple cider vinegar, and oil to create the waffle batter. 2: Preheat your waffle maker and pour the batter into it. Cook according to your waffle maker's instructions. 3: For the fried shrooms, prepare a batter mixing whole wheat flour, plant milk, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast, and tapioca starch in a separate bowl. 4: Dip the oyster mushrooms into the batter and coat well. 5: Heat avocado oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the coated mushrooms until golden brown. 6: Serve the waffles with fried mushrooms and top with maple syrup and hot sauce.View original recipe
