tbsp avocado oil

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp sriracha

tsp rice vinegar

tbsp coconut sugar

bunch green onion

tbsp garlic

tbsp chili garlic sauce

tbsp coconut aminos

tbsp ginger
Instructions
1: Cook brown rice noodles as directed on the package. 2: In a pan, heat avocado oil and sauté shallots until translucent. 3: Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and baby Bella mushrooms; cook until mushrooms are soft. 4: Stir in chopped red bell pepper and sliced green onions (white part) and cook for another 2-3 minutes. 5: In a bowl, mix together coco aminos, crunchy chilli garlic sauce, coconut sugar, Sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to create the spicy chilli sauce. 6: Add cooked noodles to the pan and pour the sauce over; toss to combine thoroughly. 7: Serve garnished with remaining green onions (green part).View original recipe
