Delicious airfried Spring Rolls made with a mix of cabbage, carrots, shitake mushrooms, green onions, and a variety of seasonings, served with homemade sweet chilli sauce. Perfectly crispy, these rolls are a great snack or light meal.

What you need

tbsp red chili flakes

tbsp tapioca starch

head cabbage

cup coconut sugar

tbsp sriracha

tbsp soy sauce

tsp black pepper

fl oz avocado oil

cup spring water

cup rice vinegar

tsp sesame oil

bunch green onion

tsp ginger

tsp mushroom mix

tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
1: Chop the cabbage and carrots, and slice the green onions. 2: In a bowl, mix the cabbage, carrot, shitake mushrooms, green onions, sea salt, and black pepper. 3: Add avocado oil, Sriracha, soy sauce, mushroom powder, and sesame oil to the bowl and mix well. 4: Take the vegan egg roll wraps and fill them with the mixture, rolling them tightly. 5: Spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil spray. 6: Place the spring rolls in the air fryer and set it to 400°F. 7: Air fry for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through. 8: For the sweet chilli sauce, combine rice vinegar, spring water, red chili flakes, coconut sugar, sea salt, tapioca starch, and grated ginger in a saucepan.
