What you need

tsp cinnamon

tbsp flax meal

tsp salt

tbsp water

fl oz avocado oil

tsp baking powder

tbsp coconut sugar

tbsp lemon juice

cup powdered sugar

cup soy milk
Instructions
1: In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. 2: In another bowl, mix the plant milk, melted vegan butter, flax eggs (flax meal mixed with water), and lemon juice. 3: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. 4: Fold in the diced apples. 5: Heat avocado oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 6: Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side. 7: Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. 8: For the icing, mix powdered sugar with plant milk until smooth and drizzle over fritters.View original recipe
