Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). 2: Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. 3: In a bowl, mix plant milk, lemon juice, whole wheat flour, tapioca starch, chipotle powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. 4: Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and place on a baking sheet. 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. 6: For the sauce, blend mangos with water until smooth. 7: In a saucepan, melt vegan butter, add minced garlic and sauté. 8: Stir in the blended mango, chipotle powder, agave, pureed chipotle peppers, and lime juice. 9: Simmer the sauce for 5-10 minutes until thickened. 10: Toss the baked cauliflower in the mango chipotle sauce and serve warm.View original recipe
