What you need

tsp maple syrup

tsp dark soy sauce

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

clove garlic

tbsp avocado oil

cup vegetable stock

tbsp light soy sauce
Instructions
1: Heat the avocado oil in a pan over medium heat. 2: Add the diced red onion and red bell pepper. Sauté until softened. 3: Add minced garlic and sliced serrano peppers. Cook for a couple of minutes. 4: Stir in the fresh basil leaves and plant-based ground meat. Mix well. 5: Add veggie stock, salt, and black pepper. Continue cooking for a few more minutes. 6: In a separate bowl, mix the sauces (lite soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vegan oyster sauce, vegan fish sauce, and maple syrup). 7: Pour the sauce over the stir fry mixture.
