Instructions
1. Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, olive oil, dulse flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, maple syrup, and adobo sauce in a bowl to create the marinade. 2. Drain and rinse jackfruit, then shred and soak in the marinade for at least 30 minutes. 3. In a large bowl, mix marinated jackfruit, celery, carrots, red onion, dill pickles, roasted red peppers, vegan mayo, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, agave syrup, fresh dill, garlic powder, nori krinkles, additional dulse flakes, and black pepper until well combined. 4. Spread vegan butter or olive oil on one side of each bread slice. 5. Assemble sandwiches with jackfruit mixture and vegan cheese slices between two bread slices, with buttered sides facing out. 6. Heat a pan over medium heat and grill sandwiches until the bread is golden and the cheese has melted, turning once. 7. Serve warm and enjoy your vegan Jackfruit "Tuna" Melt.
