Instructions
1: Prepare the ingredients by chopping the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. 2: In a bowl, mix maitake mushrooms, portobello mushrooms, chickpeas, red onion, diced bell peppers, and avocado oil. 3: Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper, rosemary, and BBQ Bomb. 4: Form the mixture into burger patties. 5: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides. 6: To make the Mac Sauce, mix vegan mayo, pickle relish, minced onion, ketchup or barbecue sauce, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. 7: Assemble the burger with sliced tomatoes, lettuce, sliced red onions, sliced pickles, and the patties on a vegan pretzel bun. 8: Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
