cup pumpkin puree

fl oz avocado oil

tbsp cinnamon

tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

cup almond milk

tsp salt

cup coconut sugar
Instructions
1: Preheat your fryer or a pot of oil for frying. 2: In a large bowl, mix together whole wheat flour, coconut sugar, pumpkin spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 3: In another bowl, whisk together melted vegan butter, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and pumpkin puree. 4: Combine the wet and dry ingredients until mixed well. 5: Carefully drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown. 6: Remove donuts from oil and place on a paper towel to drain. 7: For the cinnamon sugar coating, combine coconut sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice in a bowl. 8: Coat the warm donuts in the cinnamon sugar mixture before serving.View original recipe
