Delicious vegan potstickers filled with shredded carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, and seasoned with ginger and garlic. Perfectly paired with a tangy soy sauce and rice vinegar dip.

What you need

cup cabbage

tsp sesame oil

tsp white pepper

tsp black pepper

cup rice vinegar

fl oz soy sauce

tbsp ginger

clove garlic

cup carrot

bunch green onion

tsp chili oil
Instructions
1: In a large bowl, combine shredded carrots, cabbage, green onions, sliced shitake mushrooms, minced ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, and seasonings. 2: Mix well until all ingredients are combined. 3: Take a dumpling wrapper and place a spoonful of filling in the center. 4: Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it in half, sealing it tightly. 5: Repeat until all wrappers are filled. 6: Heat a pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil. 7: Place potstickers in the pan, cooking until the bottom is golden brown. 8: Add a small amount of water to the pan, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes. 9: Remove the lid and allow excess water to evaporate. 10: Serve with the prepared sauce.View original recipe
