What you need

tsp baking powder

cup granulated sugar

tsp salt

cup brown sugar

cup water

tbsp vanilla extract

tbsp ground flaxseed
Instructions
1: Preheat oven as per brownie recipe instructions. 2: In a bowl, mix ground flax with water and let it sit for about 5 minutes. 3: In another bowl, combine vegan butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar, mixing well. 4: Add the flax mixture and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture, stirring to combine. 5: Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder, mixing until just combined. 6: Fold in the non-dairy chocolate chips or chopped chocolate pieces. 7: Pour the batter into a lined baking pan and spread evenly. 8: Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. 9: Let the brownies cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then pull them out using parchment paper. 10: Allow them to cool for an additional 10-15 minutes before serving.View original recipe
