What you need

tbsp avocado oil

tbsp onion powder

cup vegetable stock

cup flour

tsp rosemary

tbsp garlic powder

tsp salt

fl oz hot sauce

tbsp smoked paprika

tbsp coconut aminos

oz vegan cheese

oz mushroom mix
Instructions
1: Sauté yellow squash in avocado oil with salt, pepper, and garlic & herb seasoning until tender. 2: Cut mushroom caps into small chunks. 3: Prepare the batter by mixing flour with season all, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, rosemary, Just Egg, and hot sauce. 4: Fry the mushroom chunks in avocado oil until golden brown on both sides. 5: For gravy, mix flour with vegetable stock and coco aminos. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and umami mushroom seasoning to taste. Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium-high heat, mixing continuously until thickened. 6: Assemble the famous bowl by adding mashed potatoes, sautéed squash, fried mushrooms, and gravy.
