What you need

tbsp sesame oil

fl oz avocado oil

tsp sriracha

tbsp maple syrup

tsp white pepper

tbsp molasses
tbsp orange zest

tbsp rice vinegar

tsp salt

tbsp tapioca starch

tbsp soy sauce

cup orange juice

tsp garlic

tbsp ginger
Instructions
1: Cube the tofu and marinate in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, and white pepper. 2: Dust the marinated tofu with tapioca starch. 3: Heat avocado oil in a pan and fry the tofu until crispy. Remove and set aside. 4: In the same pan, combine orange zest, orange juice, maple syrup, sriracha, rice vinegar, avocado oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and molasses. 5: Bring the sauce to a simmer, adding tapioca starch to thicken as needed. 6: Toss the crispy tofu in the sauce until well-coated. 7: Serve with brown rice and roasted broccoli.View original recipe
