What you need

tbsp avocado oil

tsp turmeric

tsp salt

can cannellini beans

tsp onion powder

cup vegetable broth

cup baking soda

tbsp tapioca starch
cup warm water

fl oz lemon juice

tsp smoked paprika

tbsp nutritional yeast

tbsp maple syrup

tsp fine sea salt

cup wheat flour

tsp garlic

tsp chili powder

cup water

cup soy milk
Instructions
1: Combine the whole wheat flour, warm water, yeast, and salt. Mix until a dough forms. 2: Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. 3: Let the dough rise for about 1 hour in a warm place. 4: Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). 5: Boil the 8 cups of water with baking soda in a large pot. 6: Shape the dough into pretzels and dip them in the boiling water for a few seconds. 7: Place the pretzels on a baking sheet. 8: Brush with plant milk and maple syrup, then sprinkle with kosher salt. 9: Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. 10: For cheese sauce, blend all cheese sauce ingredients until smooth and warm in a pot or microwave.View original recipe
