cup panko

cup chickpea flour

Instructions
1: Prepare the dry batter by mixing chickpea flour, panko, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, and season with pink Himalayan salt and black pepper. 2: For the wet batter, combine chickpea flour, spring water, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and season with salt and pepper. 3: Heat avocado oil in a pan for frying. 4: Dip Lionsmane mushrooms in the dry batter, then in the wet batter, and carefully place them in the hot oil. 5: Fry until golden brown and crispy. 6: Assemble the sandwich by placing the fried mushrooms on a vegan pretzel bun, adding sliced tomatoes, pickled red onions, and romaine lettuce. 7: For the spicy mayo, mix mayo, Redhot Hot sauce, BBQ sauce, and Sriracha together. 8: Spread spicy mayo on the assembled sandwich and serve.View original recipe
