tbsp lemon juice

tbsp garlic powder

tbsp smoked paprika

cup corn flakes

cup non-dairy milk

fl oz frying oil
Instructions
1: Clean and prepare the lionsmane mushrooms. 2: In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, crushed corn flakes, season all, garlic powder, onion powder, garlic & herb seasoning, and smoked paprika. 3: In another bowl, mix nondairy milk and lemon juice. 4: Dip each mushroom into the milk mixture, then coat with the flour mixture. 5: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 6: Fry coated mushrooms until golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes per side. 7: Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
