head cauliflower

bunch fresh chives

cup cornflake crumbs

cup wheat flour
tsp dried oregano
Instructions
1: Preheat the oil for frying. 2: Prepare the cauliflower by cutting it into florets. 3: For the dry batter, mix whole wheat flour, crumbled cornflakes, and seasonings. 4: For the wet batter, mix whole wheat flour with seasonings. 5: Dip the cauliflower florets first in the wet batter, then in the dry batter. 6: Fry the battered cauliflower in avocado oil until golden and crispy. 7: For the spicy BBQ sauce, combine ketchup, light brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, Tabasco sauce, smoked paprika, kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, and ground oregano in a bowl and mix thoroughly. 8: Serve fried cauliflower with chives for garnish and drizzle with spicy BBQ sauce.View original recipe
