1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2: Wash and pierce the sweet potato, then bake for 45 minutes until tender. 3: In a pan, heat the vegetable broth and combine with jackfruit, tomato paste, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and spices. 4: Cook until the jackfruit is tender and easily shredded. 5: For crispy onions, soak the sliced white onion in almond milk and apple cider vinegar. 6: Dredge the soaked onion slices in flour mixed with smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 7: Fry the coated onions in avocado oil until crispy. 8: Once the sweet potato is done, slice it open and fill with the jackfruit mixture, then top it with crispy onions.View original recipe
