1: Cube the tofu and marinate in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, and white pepper. 2: Dust the marinated tofu with tapioca starch. 3: Heat avocado oil in a pan and fry the tofu until crispy. Remove and set aside. 4: In the same pan, combine orange zest, orange juice, maple syrup, sriracha, rice vinegar, avocado oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and molasses. 5: Bring the sauce to a simmer, adding tapioca starch to thicken as needed. 6: Toss the crispy tofu in the sauce until well-coated. 7: Serve with brown rice and roasted broccoli.
