Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and umami mushroom seasoning to taste. Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium-high heat, mixing continuously until thickened. 6: Assemble the famous bowl by adding mashed potatoes, sautéed squash, fried mushrooms, and gravy.
