1: Add dry ingredients to bowl and whisk thoroughly. 2: Add in water or milk and fold until dough is formed. 3: Sprinkle clean surface with flour and knead dough, forming into a uniform ball. 4: Place dough into a greased bowl, cover, and let it double in size (About 60-90 mins). 5: Press dough into a rectangular shape, roll tightly into an oval shape, and place into a greased and parchment paper-lined bread pan. 6: Cover until it rises (this may take 90 mins using whole-wheat flour). 7: Bake at 375°F for 30-35 mins. 8: Rub with butter and let cool for at least 45 mins before slicing.
