1: Cube the red potatoes. 2: Dice the red and green bell peppers. 3: Roughly chop the portobello mushrooms. 4: In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. 5: Add red potatoes and cook until slightly tender. 6: Add the bell peppers and mushrooms, season with Pink Himalayan salt, black pepper, garlic and herb seasoning, and Pharm to soul seasoning. Cook until everything is cooked through. 7: Top with parsley, vegan cheese, and ketchup before serving.
