1: Preheat oven to 400F. 2: For the collard greens, combine collard greens, diced yellow onion, water or broth, and seasonings in a pot and cook until greens are tender. 3: For the squash, toss sliced yellow squash with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Mary Green's seasoning. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 12-14 minutes. 4: For the sweet potatoes, toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil and Pharm to Soul seasoning. Spread on another baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, tossing halfway.
